A long-time leader in workflow and imaging software, when FileNet repositioned itself as a leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM). This rebranding campaign required a complete set of updated sales and marketing tools to enable FileNet to compete effectively versus other enterprise software providers.
MossWarner wrote and designed more than 100 collateral pieces -- from white papers to case studies; product sheets to sales tools. While keeping the new brand story consistent, MossWarner created separate versions of the collateral for each of FileNet’s major vertical markets including insurance, government and manufacturing. The sales force gained immediate access to all materials through an interactive marketing encyclopedia called “SalesNET - Your Field Sales Survival Kit.”
In addition, FileNet commissioned MossWarner to produce a 1,500 person launch meeting to inform and motivate the sales force and ensure a fast start through the channel.
Since that roll out in 2003, the company has firmly established itself as an ECM leader across several verticals, increasing revenues along the way by nearly 20%.
